Ticket Prices
The 2011 GCSCA Annual Banquet is scheduled for Saturday, November 5th, 2011, and is being held at the Elks Club in Red Wing, MN.

The plan for the evening is to start with social hour at 5:00 pm.  After an hour of socializing we'll all sit down and enjoy a wonderful meal (meal will be served at 6:00 pm).  Once dinner is finished, we'll proceed with Individual Awards, Crowning of 2012 Royalty, High Point Awards, completion of the Silent Auctions and then BINGO.

Yes, I said Bingo.   Join in on one or many of our bingo games!  You'll have chances to win some great prizes and some cool cash!!!

Don't forget to donations for the silent auction and raffle prizes.  In the past everyone has done a great job of getting local businesses to donate items (horse and non-horse items).  If you don't feel comfortable asking a local business to donate, please bring a purchased or homemade gift. 

Here's a hint for getting donations for the event... have your kids ask the businesses in person.  They have a heck of a time saying no to a kid.  giggle.

The tickets for the event cost $12.00 for adults.  Children 10 & under are $7.00

This year we are going back to having you order your tickets online and pay for them at the door.  Don't forget to bring extra cash for the bingo games!  :)  The form below will email your order to us.  Remember, if you order your tickets and for some reason are unable to attend, you will be responsible for paying for your tickets.  You must order your tickets by October 31, 2012.

Q: How do I sign up for the banquet?
A: Contact a GCSCA club for tickets

Q: Do I have to sign up before the banquet?
A: Yes. You must be signed up prior to October 31 to attend the banquet.

Q: If I sign-up and it ends up I can't attend, do I still have to pay for my tickets?
A: Yes. The hosting site requires us to provide them with the number of meals needed and we are financially responsible for each of those meals. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your tickets to another GCSCA member if they haven't already ordered their tickets.  If you cancel prior to 10/31 then you are not financially responsible for your tickets.

Q: Do I pay for my tickets when I order them?
A: Prepayment is not required. Tickets can be paid for at the door on the evening of the event. I

Q: Can I pay for my tickets (raffle and/or entrance) with a credit card?
A: No, sorry for the inconvenience.
